Prior to founding Bright Owl she has a strong track record of success in various roles, including Director of Product at UBS, Vice President of Product at Credit Suisse, and Software Engineer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Her expertise lies in product innovation, data analysis, and digital transformation.

I’m a data scientist and AI engineer driven by a lifelong passion to understand and model the world around us. During my 12 year tenure at Intel, I started a photomask factory in Oregon and led efforts to double Intel’s capacity across two tech nodes. At the core of my work is explainable AI and machine learning because understanding interactions has always been essential to improving complex processes.

 

After recurring back injuries in 2023–24, healthcare restored my quality of life. That experience solidified my commitment to advancing AI in healthcare, where technology can profoundly improve lives.

 

I hold a PhD in Materials Science and have earned certifications in machine learning, deep learning, and responsible AI. My goal is to build systems that help humanity improve its standard of living.
